The cuisine at Galu is based around the warmth and energy of our bespoke designed open flame charcoal grill, which is located at the heart of our open view kitchen . The décor consist of various textures from our natural stone walls from Cyprus to our snake skin furniture from Italy creating a warm Mediterranean feel all year round.
The Bar
Galu Bar offers both table service and seating at the bar itself. In addition to the Cocktail and extensive Wine list you can also enjoy our unique Cyprus & Italian platters. Galu Bar source the freshest ingredients to create our trademark Mojitos, as well as original flavour you can extend your taste buds to Raspberry or Passion fruit Mojito. These can be pre ordered for parties as a great starting drink.
Alfresco
The terrace which over looks The Nork adds another dimension to the dining experience at Galu. Introducing a relaxed alfresco feel the terraced offers guests the rare opportunity to enjoy the full Galu experience outside, with a choice of our Bar menu or full a la carte.
